Lisbon Municipality Urban Pressure Zone (ZPU)

The Delimitation of the Urban Pressure Zone, covering the entire municipality of Lisbon, for the purpose of increasing the Municipal Property Tax (IMI) on vacant buildings or fractions, was approved by the Lisbon Municipal Assembly through Deliberation no. 391/AML/2020, published in Municipal Bulletin No. 1402, of December 30, 2020, and in Diário da República no. 12, 2nd series, of January 19, 2021, Notice no. 1224/2021.
