The Há Vida no Meu Bairro (There's Life in My Neighborhood) program aims to make Lisbon more sustainable, inclusive and resilient, with multifunctional and accessible neighborhoods, improving the quality of life of Lisboetas and promoting proximity and autonomy in people's daily lives.
It proposes that all citizens can access their essential needs within 15 minutes on foot or by bicycle from their homes.
