See the requirements, application deadlines and values of the different benefits according to the various municipal rental programs.
Municipal rental programs are governed by the Lisbon Municipal Right to Housing Regulation, approved in November 2019, which aims to make access to municipal programs easier, simplify procedures and increase transparency.
Supported Rental Program
Recipients: low-income families living in the municipality of Lisbon who have a proven income.
Applications are classified according to the housing and socio-economic needs of the applicant and their household.

Accessible Income Program
Recipients: residents of Portugal with duly proven income.
No member of the household may be the owner, usufructuary or other holder of an urban building or autonomous fraction of an urban building intended for housing located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
Housing is allocated to the successful applicants by computer, in accordance with the order of the draw and the housing preferences indicated by each applicant.
Municipal Subsidy for Affordable Rent Program
Recipients: households who have rented a home in Lisbon and whose income does not allow them to access the housing market
