The Lisbon Noise Action Plan was approved by the Municipal Assembly, by Proposal no. 261/CM/2015, of July 21, 2015.
Executive summary of the Lisbon Noise Action Plan
The Noise Map is a graphic representation of the spatial distribution of outdoor ambient noise levels.
Two indicators are used: Ln, which represents the average noise during the night (from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.), and Lden, which represents a weighted average over the 24 hours of the day.
