Working Modes: Remote and Hybrid

Remote work and hybrid work are more than just a change in work processes. They represent a transformation in the way we work and lead, a new organizational culture and a new way of organizing society, with strong impacts on people's lives.

The COVID-19 pandemic has exponentially accelerated this reality and provided a new vision of these emerging ways of working, both from the point of view of companies and workers.

At Future of Work, this is one of the strategic dimensions of work, in which we have been investing since 2019, with the creation of spaces for debate, reflection, training and the dissemination of good practices and recommendations.

Projects and Partnerships

With the aim of reflecting on and debating the potential and challenges of remote and/or hybrid work for people and organizations, a series of projects and initiatives were conceived and carried out.

Pilot action-research project in the field of digital maturity and remote working
may 2020 to July 2021

Objective
Determine digital & remote working maturity at organizational level (CML/DMEI)
