Anticipation: Scenarios, Jobs and Skills
In the Future of Work initiative, we have taken on the prospective component as a key element of strategic action.
This approach makes it possible to position the city to face the challenges of the future of work and, at the same time, create conditions that facilitate economic recovery and increase the employability potential of its citizens.
The training of people and organizations for the emerging challenges must be based on current and relevant sources of knowledge, in terms of the main global trends and crucial uncertainties for the future of employment and skills.
In this vein, we are committed to partnerships in order to design desirable futures for the city's economy.
