Training Programs - Talent Promotion
Promoting talent, by increasing digital skills and soft skills, is crucial for the development of an inclusive and sustainable society and one of the fundamental pillars for encouraging full citizenship.
Lisbon is positioning itself as an active agent in the promotion and development of talent in key areas for the city's economy, contributing to the empowerment of citizens in what are the skills of the future.
The commitment to partnerships, the design of free training programmes and the promotion of debate on upskilling and reskilling have been crucial in creating new learning and innovation dynamics, as well as mobilizing the community to build a more qualified, inclusive and sustainable labour market.
It is imperative to provide the community with a set of skills that will enable them to think, act, adapt, innovate and progress in an increasingly unstable and unpredictable world, in which technical and soft skills are seen as a differentiating factor in the job market and in personal and organizational transformation.
