Future of Work
Today, Lisbon has established itself as a European capital and a global city with unique conditions that allow it to position itself as a hub for the development and attraction of jobs, talent and innovation.
The Future of Work initiative was born out of the ambition to prepare Lisbon for the future of work and to place the challenges of employment in a context of strong disruption and unpredictability at the center of the city of Lisbon's agenda for the coming years, focusing on the shared construction of a Strategic Map for the Future of Work in Lisbon.
We seek to reflect on the future of work in the city, investing in partnerships that support us in making Lisbon more competitive, innovative, inclusive and better prepared to deal with the complex challenges of the future.
how and where will we work in the future? What skills must we acquire to be relevant and competitive? Are companies prepared for the challenges of the future? Are people aware of what the market is looking for, what their potential is and what challenges await them?
We want to help make Lisbon a city that is resilient to rapid technological and social change, ensuring that its talent remains competitive while attracting and retaining jobs and new skills in line with future demands.
