One of the objectives of the Future of Work Initiative is to contribute to the sustainability and fairness of the labor market, by promoting quantitative and qualitative adjustment between supply and demand and fostering equal access and opportunities.

Access to companies and organizations that are recruiting talent as well as relevant information about the job market and trends that enable citizens to make more sustainable career decisions and have access to new and better job opportunities has been a focus, through support for initiatives such as the Future.Works Tech Conference Lisbon - Conference for technology professionals and TechJobs Fair Lisbon - Tech and digital job fair.

Another objective is to support and promote initiatives on how we work or plan to work in the future, taking into account the demographic characterization of the population and the vulnerabilities of the job market. Making work sustainable throughout life requires, on the one hand, thinking about new solutions and looking for new answers for the career path of workers in the various age groups.

With this in mind, the Future of Work initiative supports the work carried out by the dNovo Association and the in'Transitus Program, with the aim of helping to facilitate the integration into the labor market, management or career transition of people aged 50+.

On the other hand, the close relationship between environmental and social responsibility and the world of work translates into the importance of being associated with projects and initiatives that promote this relationship in a more virtuous and innovative way, such as support for the 1st Imagine The Etikway Innovation Award, promoted by Etikway - Start-up, an incubator for fashion and beauty designers.
