A pilot project that promotes a personalized bicycle accompaniment and mentoring service associated with a route that has been studied and defined to be practical and safe, with a view to preparing participants for autonomy when making the home-school-home commute. Throughout the sessions, the traffic rules applied to cyclists will be covered.

This is a complementary initiative to the Municipal Bicycle Train Program, which offers all students in the 3rd cycle of basic and secondary education in Lisbon's schools the possibility of moving from adult-accompanied driving to autonomous driving, by using the existing infrastructure and sharing road space, safely and promoting active and sustainable mobility habits in their journeys. At the end, participants will be assessed according to the proposed objectives.

• The bicycle must be in a safe condition
• In exceptional cases, and subject to specific conditions, students from the 2nd cycle of basic education may be admitted
