Recruitment and Mobility
Lisbon City Council has established itself as a responsible employer, with a people management strategy that invests in valuing and involving employees and in working conditions, transparency and improved leadership. This model has positioned the Municipality at the forefront of people management, with innovative practices in the public sector and also a benchmark for the private sector.

Integration can be done through two instruments:
- competitive tendering
- mobility
Tender procedure
The opening of any recruitment procedure is announced by publishing a notice in the 2nd Series of the Diário da República, on the Bolsa de Emprego Público website and in the municipality's agenda
To submit an application, simply go to the Municipality's Recruitment Platform, where you can also consult all the recruitment procedures submitted on the platform.
Mobility
Mobility is a human resources management tool that allows a worker's place of work or duties to be changed, subject to certain requirements, and can take place within the same body or service or between two bodies or services.
Mobility can be external or internal and always presupposes the existence of a public interest.
