CML's Training Plans offer all people, citizens and employees, free training opportunities - formal training, but also seminars, workshops, among other apprenticeships - in various areas such as Personal Development, Law, Floriculture and Gardening, Information Technology from the User's Perspective, Foreign Languages and Literatures, Protection of People and Goods, Environmental Protection, Health and much more

In addition to its own training offer, Lisbon City Council also provides transparent and inclusive access to the learning opportunities offered by the city of Lisbon in the Lisbon City of Learning
