CML's Training Plans offer all people, citizens and employees, free training opportunities - formal training, but also seminars, workshops, among other apprenticeships - in various areas such as Personal Development, Law, Floriculture and Gardening, Information Technology from the User's Perspective, Foreign Languages and Literatures, Protection of People and Goods, Environmental Protection, Health and much more
In addition to its own training offer, Lisbon City Council also provides transparent and inclusive access to the learning opportunities offered by the city of Lisbon in the Lisbon City of Learning

Pool of Trainers
If you are an experienced and qualified trainer, apply to CML's pool of trainers. Contribute to the success of training actions that promote the development and qualification of workers and citizens.

Program for Inclusion and Digital Literacy (PILD)
PILD demystifies the everyday use of technology through practical and informal digital workshops, so that everyone can explore the democratic, creative potential of the internet.
Registration is free but subject to confirmation. The registration period is currently open with no set deadline.
The process can be done by filling in the online form or in person at the Development and Training Department, located at Rua António Patrício, n.º26, 3º andar, 1749-049 Entre Campos, Lisbon.

Paving and Gardening Schools
The school runs short courses on gardening and paving. The Adult Education and Training courses, with dual certification, namely "Gardening Operator" and "Gardening and Green Spaces Technician", are run in partnership with the Employment and Professional Training Institute. Various awareness-raising activities are also carried out in the fields of gardening and Portuguese artistic paving.
