The Personnel Map of the Municipality of Lisbon contains an indication of the number of jobs required to meet the organization's objectives, characterized in terms of the activities and competences that their holder is intended to carry out or execute; or the position, career and/or category that corresponds to them; and within each career and/or category the area of academic or professional training that its occupant must have.
Its preparation stems from the application of articles 28 and 29 of the General Law on Public Employment, regarding the planning and management of Human Resources: "The bodies and services shall annually draw up their respective staff map, taking into account the activities, of a permanent or temporary nature, to be carried out during its execution."
The staff map is therefore a fundamental tool for strategic planning and management of human resources, allowing for an integrated and dynamic vision of these resources, contributing to an organizational culture oriented towards public service, in accordance with criteria of rationalization and transversality.
