Born in Lisbon in 1969. Graduated in Business Management and Administration in 1993 from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
He began his professional career in Internal Auditing at Banco Espírito Santo in 1994. Moved to Banco Mello de Investimentos, where he worked from 1996 to 2000, monitoring the risk of dealing room operations and the respective back-office operations.
In 2000, he began a 15-year career in the golf industry. He was responsible for a golf course leisure management company, which led him to become executive director of the National Council of the Golf Industry from 2004-2007 and 2011-2015.
In 2007, he founded a company specializing in golf course management and maintenance. During this period, he worked on various projects aimed at designing, renovating and controlling the operational and financial aspects of these developments. In 2012, she created an online booking platform for Portuguese golf courses, with funding from Turismo de Portugal.
He progressed academically with the completion of an IESE/AESE MBA (2007/2008) and participation in international weeks at the University of Michigan Business School - Marketing, Cost Control and Corporate Strategy (Executive Education), as well as at the Bangalore Institute of Technology - Governance (Executive Education).
Since 2016, he has been involved in management consultancy. Highlights include his experience from 2019 to 2021 at Lisbon City Council (Municipal Finance Department - Procurement Department), where he interacted with the public procurement universe, assisted in the Department's financial management and also in organizing management information. She was also involved in managing the process of decentralization of powers relating to schools from the Ministry of Education to the municipality. She played a similar role at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, from 2022 to 2024, and from 2024 until July 2025, she returned to Lisbon City Council (Municipal Human Resources Directorate, Health Hygiene and Safety Department), where she contributed to the modernization of financial and organizational processes. This experience, in particular, helped broaden her knowledge and perspective on the reality of local government.
In 2025, he joined the lists of the "Por Ti, Lisboa" coalition, as a candidate nominated by IL, and was elected a Lisbon City Councillor, having been delegated the portfolios of Information Systems, Transparency and Corruption, Smart City, Auditing, Sport, Administrative Reform and Modernization, Sustainability and Data Protection.
