Urbanization Plans (PU)
They structure land use and development, providing a framework for the implementation of urban policies and defining the location of key infrastructure and public facilities.
Each PU adopts the material content appropriate to the conditions of the territorial area to which it refers, the objectives and the urban transformations envisaged in the terms of reference and in the municipal resolution that determined its preparation.
