Receipt of procedures for intervention by private individuals in the municipality's territory, technical assessment and monitoring of private individuals and the administration in all actions related to building, use and transformation of the territory, subject to control by the public administration.

On January 8, 2024, Decree-Law no. 10/2024 was published in the Official Gazette, reforming and simplifying urban planning, land use planning and industry licensing.
