Hours of Sale for Drinks Outside
Objective of the measure
The implementation of this scheme aims to:
- Limit excessive noise associated with drinking on public roads;
- Protecting residents' rest;
- Safeguard public health;
- Promote a balance between economic activity and quality of life in the city.
Scope
The regime applies to the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption outside establishments covered by Groups I to VI of the Opening Hours Regulations.
