In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the subject  may exercise the rights described on the Lisbon’s City Council Privacy Policy, in particular: the right of information; the right to access; the right to rectification of inaccurate data; the right  to erasure; the right to restriction of processing; the right to data portability, the right to object the processing; the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling; in consent situations, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Purpose and lawfulness of the processing - Personal data processing is achieved exclusively in response to the exercise of your rights under articles 15 to 24 of the GDPR.  

Personal data categories – collected personal data are the following: name, identification number (citizen card; identity card or passport), email address, nationality, as well as the personal data provided related to the present request.

Personal data storage – the collected data are stored for the necessary period to achieve the purpose for which they were processed, in the absence of the legal legislation that specifically establishes the applicable period, Lisbon City Council shall adopt the appropriate security measures to ensure integrity and confidentiality.
