SKILL-BUILDING PROGRAMMES – PROMOTION OF TALENT

The promotion of talent, through the increase of digital and soft skills, is crucial for the development of an inclusive and sustainable society and one of the fundamental pillars to stimulate full citizenship.

Lisboa is positioned as an active agent in the promotion and development of talent in key areas for the city's economy, contributing to the empowerment of citizens in the skills of the future.

The focus on partnerships, the design of free training programmes and the promotion of the debate on upskilling and reskilling have been crucial in creating new learning and innovation dynamics, as well as in mobilising the community, in favour of building a more qualified, inclusive and sustainable labour market.

It is imperative to provide the community with a set of skills that allow it to think, act, adapt, innovate and progress in an increasingly unstable and unpredictable world, in which technical and soft skills are seen as a differentiating factor in the labour market and for personal and organisational transformation.

PROJECTS AND PARTNERSHIPS

Our mission is to build and develop talent in Lisbon, as well as create better conditions for the future, by congregating all relevant players and continuing to focus on the design and support of key projects.
