Economy and Innovation
The Future of Work Initiative works and updates information on employment and employability and, specifically, on the future of work and how the city may evolve, anticipating needs arising from new ways of working and living.
Reflecting today on the course the city should take according to the trends in the world of work, technological upgrades and the multiple needs of different generations, companies and civil society is essential to define future strategies that are more robust, comprehensive and inclusive.
The emerging questions are:
- What are the trends for the future of workspaces in Lisboa?
- How can Lisboa provide better workspaces?
- What opportunities o we have to rethink the city model and the organisation of public and work spaces?
- How can economic recovery be combined with well-being?
- Along these lines, we bet on partnerships to design desirable futures for the city's economy.
