Economy and Innovation
Prospective research is a key element in the strategy that underpins our Future of Work initiative.
This approach seeks to ensure that the city will be better prepared to face the challenges of the future and to simultaneously create adequate conditions for economic recovery and increased employability.
A relevant insight into key global trends and crucial uncertainties regarding the future of skills and employment should form the basis for the acquisition of the qualifications and capabilities that people and organisations will need in order to deal with the challenges envisaged for the future.
In this sense, we rely on valuable partnerships to build a better future for the city and its economy.
Projects and Partnerships
In order to reflect upon and discuss the Future of Work, as well as benefit from the potential synergies afforded by Municipal efforts, we have focused on strategic partnerships, such as to build a solid foundation for creating a Strategic Map for the Future of Work in Lisbon.
